Wedding Coordination
Sweetly Gathered will schedule meetings with you to discuss all wedding details and important moments in the day. Following our initial meeting, we will reach out to all of your vendors to coordinate your entire day with ease. Through consistent check in's, our final meeting, and coordination of your ceremony rehearsal, you can feel confident that we are ready to execute your wedding day. This service will include a Lead Planner and Day-of Assistant, who will orchestrate every detail, leaving you to savor every moment.


Design Add-on
This service was created to elevate your day, and create an overall design and curated experience for your guests. It is the perfect service if the design aspect of wedding planning is not your specialty. If you have already booked or are planning to book wedding coordination with Sweetly Gathered, we would love to add on this service for you to help alleviate stress in this part of the planning process.
Design Add-on Includes:​

(1) meeting to discuss ideas including formality, season, pantone, theme, and tablescape

Follow up with a design deck to further develop the design

Ensure each element of the design checklist is included on your wedding day and cohesive with the decided theme

Refer specific vendors to hire including rentals, stationary, calligraphy, floral, etc. as needed to execute design

design meeting such as a floral, rental, stationary, venue walkthrough, etc. -
Etiquette advisement, as requested

Assistance with proof for stationary such as save the dates, invitations, and wedding day signs
